Reducing Anxiety and Depression
Increasingly, organisations are looking to us for practical ways to assist colleagues who experience anxiety or depression in the workplace. This can involve working with an individual on a particular issue or running a group session to raise awareness amongst co-workers. Often it is about helping line managers and supervisors to explore any difficulties their team may be experiencing in a positive and supportive way, fostering an environment of trust and shared responsibility.
