RMB, a flagship Toyota dealer who have branches across the North East.

They needed…
Management expertise for a team of 15 managers with responsibility for sales, parts, service and finance at their sites. An intervention was required to enable the staff to deliver effective appraisals to their teams and identify staff development needs.
So we…
Spent time with the client, understanding the nature of their business and what challenges they faced in such a competitive environment. We then designed the appraisal workshop to align directly with the organisation’s goals and values, such as to respect staff and to make commitments to their development. We explored with delegates their understanding of motivation theory as well as the three stages of effective appraisal delivery. Following a live practice session with the delegates being managers and the tutors being the appraisee’s the delegates had the opportunity to put into practice their skills and receive valuable feedback.
