To give all staff an opportunity to experience a Professional Boundaries session that would serve as a refresher of the commitment to efficient, respectful treatment of all service users, visitors and partner organisations. The desired outcome was to increase confidence and competence when faced with difficult situations.

Used our thorough understanding of Darlington Mind’s vision, values and team dynamics gained during our long relationship with them. We focussed on design content that would challenge the delegates to think differently and, by working through a variety of activities, help them to decide on appropriate behaviour and action in a variety of different situations.
