    CIPD conference in Manchester – the countdown has begun!

    We are delighted to be exhibiting again at the CIPD conference next week and are counting down the days…

    We think our stand is well worth a visit…naturally!

    Why not come and have a spin of our Wellbeing Revolution: get excited about improving the people skills of your business or stop by for chat about how the Ultimate team can impact upon your Organisational Wellbeing . 

    If you are planning to be at the conference and exhibition on Tuesday then pop along to our FREE showcase in the Exhibitor Exchange theatre.  Our topic this year is how to put in place a wellbeing strategy. The title is, “Tough times and Wellbeing Wisdom – How to Manage Mental Wellbeing”.  Join us at 10.15am.

    We have a winner!

    CIPD Conference 2009 bike winner

    As you may know, for those who attended the CIPD conference in Manchester we ran a competition on our stand to win a fabulous mountain bike and we are excited to announce 2009’s winner!

    The question for entry into the competition was:

    ‘How many people with poor mental health felt that their employer offered them good support?’

    Was it:

    • A) 65%
    • B) 50%
    • C) 35%

    The answer was C) 35% and the lucky winner was Genna Harwood of Stanley Works; so well done Genna – the bike is on its way to you!

    A huge thanks to all those who entered and for all those who stopped by our stand to chat about their training needs and challenges; you helped to make our conference attendance a great success.
